Care Quality Commission Rating: Good

Woodstock Care & Nursing Home is a 28 bed Nursing Dementia home, set on the outskirts of Gloucester, three miles from the town centre, with easy access to the ring road and the M5/A38/A46.

Established in 1986, by Millie and John Barnes as a family run home, and, as the latest acquisition by Coate Water Care, it will remain so.

Woodstock Care and Nursing Home has developed an excellent reputation both with health care professionals and the wider public. The home provides a relaxed and homely atmosphere with good quality staff, food and activities, where the families can have as much or as little input as suits their lifestyles, and where the registered manager oversees the day to day care of the Residents and running of the home.

Each resident is considered an individual at Woodstock. Staff treat them with the respect and dignity, which a person of their age and experience of life deserves. Woodstock becomes a "real home" for our Residents and their families where quality and enjoyment of life is very important. Care is provided in a relaxed and informal manner so the Residents can feel comfortable with their care team and still enjoy the highest standards of care.

Let us help you find the right care for your loved ones. Please contact Colleen Bennett 01452 616291 to discuss your own specific requirements or to arrange a visit to Woodstock.
