Residents and staff at all nine Coate Water Care homes have had their COVID-19 vaccinations and our homes are a safe environment for new residents.

Visiting our homes

As of May 17, the number of named family members or friends able to visit their loved ones in care homes is increased from 2 to 5. Check with your local home to find out the latest arrangements.

CQC inspections

The CQC has been carrying out special inspections to make sure our care homes are COVID-compliant. There are no ratings for these inspections but our good safety practices have been acknowledged.

Coate Water Care homes receive high ratings on care homes website

It is fair to say that carehome.co.uk is the go-to website in the UK for reviews of residential care homes. The website gets a staggering 16 million visits a year and has more than 200,000 care home reviews.

Most of the reviews are left by the families and loved ones of care home residents. In other words, people who view care homes with great care and a discerning eye.

Naturally then, it makes us extremely proud that Coate Water Care homes consistently receive extremely positive reviews, testament to the hard work and experience of all our carers, nurses, managers and support staff.

Every one of our care homes received an overall score of 9+ out of ten. Below is just a small sample of the hundreds of positive reviews we have received.

Arbory Residential Home in Hampshire receives an average score of 9.3 out of ten.
