Coate Water Care is currently recruiting for key posts

At any given time, family-run Coate Water Care can provide specialist residential care to 395 people at our nine luxury care homes in Swindon, Wiltshire, Gloucester, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Hampshire.

That’s 395 people we treat with the same care and attention we would give members of our own family.

That level of care requires a highly trained team of nurses, carers, managers, chefs, admin staff, etc. – the kind of people we would trust with our own elderly loved ones.

Are you an experienced nurse or care worker looking for a new challenge? Or maybe someone who has never worked in care but thinks they have the qualities of care and empathy to make a successful career in the sector.
