Mockley Manor Official Opening 10th March

Mockley Manor Official Opening 10th March 2020

We are extraordinarily proud to celebrate the opening of the almost £4 million pounds luxury development of our stunning care and nursing home, Mockley Manor on the 10th March 2020.

This investment is Coate Water Care`s commitment to our residents, families and staff to provide quite simply, the best.

Our mission has been to create a luxurious boutique hotel with high quality care supported by cutting edge technology.

Fantastic range of Amenities

Mockley Manor is set in beautiful, well-maintained grounds in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. It is a privileged location that will soon be mirrored with this premium makeover increasing our home’s capacity from 46 to 63 bedrooms, including a range of spacious 20 square metre suites (compared to the industry standard 12 square metres) with direct access to the home’s lovely gardens and fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

The development has at its heart a sophisticated renovation. At Mockley Manor your happiness is paramount. Why not relax in our bright and airy new reception/coffee shop, or pop in for your hair or nails to be pampered at our fully equipped hairdressing Salon. On rainy days or any day in fact you and a friend could catch a movie at the Mockley movie house Cinema. Enjoy the comfort of luxury hotel standard interiors and furnishings in your new home.

Fine Dining

Joining us to provide our team of chefs with guidance and inspiration is the highly acclaimed and award-winning chef Matt Cheal of Cheal’s restaurant in Henley in Arden.

Cheal’s is currently listed in the Michelin food guide but this will not surprise any who have already visited. Matt is no stranger to Michelin stars thanks to his early days training and working in Michelin starred Simpsons restaurant in Birmingham, starting as a Commis Chef and working his way up to become Head Chef. Matt was also responsible for the restaurant’s Cookery School.

Matt has his own style of food which he describes as "Modern British". He loves to develop new dishes with inspiration coming from many sources, including visits by Matt and key team members to other restaurants and also from his collection of hundreds of new and old recipe books written by chefs from around the World. He then experiments and adapts recipes using different techniques and elements to create the delicate and unique flavours for which Cheal’s cooking is known.

We are extremely excited to have Matt working alongside our catering team at Mockley Manor to help develop a fantastic, exciting new menu using different ingredients and techniques.

High Quality Care Supported by Advanced Technology

We have heavily invested in technology to strengthen the care of our residents. Ultra-modern and discreet innovations to ensure safety and the hugely important extra time devoted to providing a lifestyle of person-centred dignity and choice.

Each room will be newly equipped with infrared technology that transmits a signal if a person falls over, a factor that provides real peace of mind for residents’ loved ones.

New software has an easy-to-use interface which allows carers to input data on residents in real time.

This enables families of residents to view reports via an app to ensure their loved ones are getting adequate care provision. It also helps with providing valuable evidence for our regulators and commissioners of our regulatory compliance

The management of medication is supported by technology with the introduction of hard and software to ensure that the safe administration and recording of all medicines
